This morning was finally cold enough that I was able to throw on my writer's sweater. A big comfy knit from my Bachan that will be too warm in an hour or two - but is perfect for my AM writing sessions. Autumn is Awesome! : Monterey, CA

1 week agoby blanketfortadventuresDid a quick "Breakfast with Bekka" based on the request of "How to Be Present" -- I did my best sharing a few tips that bubbled up to my mind that include... 1) Act from a place of love 2) Engage with your space 3) Check in with the now and quick do a gratitude list or observe your space Lastly, being present feels good (unless you have a virus or are hungover or something) but generally...when you're in the present you feel at peace. It's an exercise. It's a practice. It's a surrender of the ego. : @bumblebeelovesyou
1 week agoby blanketfortadventuresWhen the photographer says "act natural" and my reply is -- this is my "natural." The goofier I am the closer to me you're going to capture. I had a lot of fun playing model yesterday for my favorite supplement, @symphonynaturalhealth Femessence Macaharmony. I've written about them on my blog, as their maca totally fixed my skin and got rid of my acne. It also got rid of my painful periods. I seriously LOVE them! (They have stuff for guys too that I got Dan to start taking - we're a maca family)
