A few years ago I had looked up who she is because I had seen something on her obliteration room in a magazine. That is when I discovered she instituionalized herself after moving back to Japan, and leaves the institution really only to go to her studio to continue to work. Just feeling really lucky I married a guy who not only appreciates art, but slows down to read all the signs, and enjoys discussing what the artist could be exploring in their work. 3 days agoby blanketfortadventuresI feel this is the perfect representation of my mental health. The world will feel colorless, black and white, then suddenly a curtain is lifted and I see the magic the world has to offer again. Management of it is difficult and persistent, but the bright colors and artistic magic keeps me here wanting to push pass the greyness.
